About Carolyn Curtis

Carolyn Curtis, member of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring and Founder of Coach4Life has coached hundreds of groups and individuals over the last 15 years and is passionate about motivating and inspiring others to create the life they want!

Her work has been featured in the Irish Times and in the Irish Examiner and she’s even been quoted in Oprah Magazine.

A guest lecturer at University College Cork Carolyn also has regularly given seminars in the health sector and produced some meditation/stress management CDs which are available online and on her website.

For many years Carolyn has had Government Sponsorship to coach groups of people who are long-term unemployed and to parents of teenagers in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Carolyn continues to receive sponsorship based on the excellent results from her courses.

Having recognized a need in the market for highly skilled life coaches, Carolyn developed the Advanced Life Coaching Diploma & Career Skills Program, which is an internationally accredited level 7 training program, to train exceptional coaches – coaches who have a myriad of skills e.g. stress management, presentation skills, meditation skills, deep listening skills and trained in self-development skills based on the work of Louise Hay.

Carolyn´s training courses differ from other colleges in that her training is ´one to one´. You are assured of her personal attention to bring you to a high level in training.

Students can either do all their training online with Carolyn via her online college and regular one to one Skype tutorials.

Or, students can do their preparation online and their main training in Lanzarote with Carolyn and merge their training with a holiday over 7 to 10 days or longer.

Carolyn also hosts regular Mindfulness Retreats in Lanzarote in conjunction with Lee Travel, Cork.
